At Sensus we are aiming to provide a wide variety of classes available all throughout the day, six days a week.

    • Spin – Come ride a stationary bike, feel the intensity and taste the power as you overcome our classes with Lisa, Kate and Renee.
    • Step – this class involves the use of a raised platform on which a series of exercises are performed.
    • Body Pump – is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.
    • Pilates – movements which are aimed at building up core strength, lower back as well as your body overall.
    • Cardio Extreme –is a 40-minute energetic upbeat workout that is sure to get your body moving, finishing with lower body exercises.
    • Body Blitz – a class using free weights to help you achieve that toned look.
    • Women’s Gym Circuit – 10 Routines to choose from each week, guided by our friendly staff.
    • Body Blitz- Cardio, Step, Upper and Lower Body conditioning, strength and flexibility all in 90-minutes.
    • Spin Fusion- 25-minutes for Cardio and 25-minutes of upper body free weight training to get all round workouts.
